Resume bullets, tailored to the posting
Paste a job posting and we'll pull out its key requirements, then turn each one into a resume bullet starter in STAR format. Free, no signup required — everything runs in your browser.
These are starters with bracketed placeholders — you fill in your own real accomplishments. We never invent experience for you, and you shouldn't invent it for yourself: hiring managers verify, and fabricated resume claims can cost you the offer.
Why tailoring works
Applicant tracking systems match phrasing. When a posting says “market pricing,” your resume should say “market pricing” — not “compensation benchmarking.” Same skill, different match.
Recruiters skim for relevance. A resume that mirrors the posting's requirements reads as a fit in six seconds. One that doesn't gets passed over, even when the experience is there.
Numbers beat adjectives. “Improved reporting” is forgettable. “Cut monthly reporting time 40% for a 20-person team” is an interview.
