Job Summary

Records day-to-day financial transactions and keeps the books accurate, current, and ready for review.

Essential Functions

Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation
Assist with month-end close and prepare basic financial reports

Qualifications

Required:

2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail

Associate degree in Accounting or related field
