Job Summary

Owns the marketing plan for the organization's products or services. Leads campaigns across digital and traditional channels, manages the marketing budget, and measures results to keep spend focused on what works.

Essential Functions

  1. Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, including campaigns across email, social, web, and events
  2. Own the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels and tracking return on investment
  3. Manage and mentor marketing staff, or coordinate with external agencies and freelancers
  4. Define target audiences and positioning in partnership with sales and product teams
  5. Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics such as acquisition cost and conversion rates
  6. Oversee the content calendar to keep messaging consistent across channels
  7. Evaluate new channels and tactics through structured tests before scaling spend

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including 1+ years leading campaigns or a team
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (email, social, paid search, SEO)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with marketing metrics and dashboards
  • Excellent writing and project management skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Familiarity with the organization's industry

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
