Job Summary
Manages the full hiring cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening candidates through offer and hand-off to onboarding.
Essential Functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidates through the hiring process and keep them informed
- Extend offers and coordinate hand-off to onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with an applicant tracking system
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
